LMW is seeking a versatile payroll administrator, on behalf of a leading pharmaceutical association, to join the dynamic and fast-paced team.

Responsibilities

  • Process all payroll information for the accurate calculation and timely distribution of payments to all employees.
  • Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days, work schedules, Covid-related issues).
  • Manage time attendance and Ergani system.
  • Organize and maintain personnel records.
  • Respond to employees queries about payroll-related issues.
  • Complete hiring process (contact employees, document collection and check, relevant reporting).
  • Gather and examine timesheets to ensure their validity.
  • Prepare and distribute hard copy or electronic paychecks and distribute data files timely to appropriate departments.
  • Perform all tasks well before the pay run to ensure that staff members are compensated and notified on time.
  • Perform back office duties - organize relevant information in Excel files, set proper reminders, conduct filing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration
  • 2+ years progressive payroll experience is required.
  • Fluency in English
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools, as well as ability to quickly learn other computer applications
  • Adequate knowledge of EPR Systems and Ergani Information System
