ActionAid Hellas (AAH) is searching for a Director of Human Resources & Organisational Development to join a global movement of committed individuals working to further human rights and defeat poverty.

We are an independent, international organization that has been working since 1972.

The Director of Human Resources & Organisational Development will:

  • lead AAH's HR long-term strategy, ensuring transparency and accountability across all HR policies and practices
  • inspire and lead the strategy of a culture aligned with AAI values and principles
  • overview the talent acquisition, retention, and development for AAH's staff
  • have the overall responsibility of all HR administrative processes, certifying compliance with public institutions and AAI policies and practices
  • ensure that the HROD framework is in place and provide recommendations for further improvements when required

Requirements

We are currently recruiting a dynamic professional with an academic degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or other related fields and at least ten (10) years of working experience in HR positions and a minimum of five (5) years in senior HR roles to develop and manage the implementation of Human Resources long-term strategy and guarantee that all HR-related processes and practices are consistent and streamlined. We are looking for a professional with demonstrated experience in organisational development and change management, with a focus on people and culture, along with good knowledge of employment legislation, general HR policies, and HR best practices. A master's in Human Resources or Organizational Psychology will be considered an asset.
