Front Office Manager

bluegr Hotels & Resorts owns and operates some of the finest luxury hotels in Greece including the Design Hotels member Minos Beach art hotel, the Minos Palace hotel & suites and the family-friendly Candia Park village in Crete, the Life Gallery high-end design boutique hotel in Athens, the Sunprime Miramare Park suites & villas in Rhodes.

For Candia Park Village in Agios Nikolaos, Crete we are currently looking for a passionate Front Office Manager to deliver unforgettable family experiences to our guests.

The Front Office Manager acts as the front-line ambassador of the hotel and ensures our guests receive a heart warming welcome and stay. He/she will also coordinate all front desk and relevant back office activities. The ideal candidate is a pleasant personality with a dynamic professional profile to supervise and lead the front office team to ensure the delivery of professional and friendly service to our guests. Ultimately the Front Office Manager can deal efficiently with complaints and has a solid guest service excellence approach.

Required Qualifications and competencies:

• Degree in Hospitality.
• Α minimum of 3 years experience in Front Office Managerial positions in either 4 or 5 star hotels is required.
• Excellent command of the English language. Additional knowledge of further foreign languages would be considered as an asset.
• Digital savvy.
• Able to utilize financials to drive revenues.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills.
• Complaint Management and problem-solving skills.
• Aptitude in decision-making and self-driven.
• Team oriented.
• Flexibility, creativity and adaptability to change.
