We are looking to recruit an agro coordinator.

Responsibilities

• Lead the coordination with the suppliers for the flawless supply of the plant.
• Field & stores visits for crop, harvest & storage assessments and relevant reporting
• Dealing with Potato Suppliers daily issues
• Lead I-CropTrak platform for Greece – Bulgaria and also the Irrigation Tool and the Late Blight Tool.
• Induction of growers to PepsiCo's new agronomy support decision tools and new technologies
• Identify supply gaps or surpluses on time and deal with them.
• Support suppliers trainings and audits [Best Practices from field to harvest and storage & SFP (Sustainability Farm Program) implementation].
• Project execution (sourcing abroad potatoes, assessments, new potato variety reports and follow-ups)
• Contribute to the delivery of the AOP potato cost.
• Back-up Agro-Manager in administrative issues.
• Oracle user for Agro

Qualifications

• Agricultural Engineering (farm managing, post-harvest, irrigation management, fertilizer know-how, crop protection)
• Working experience in one of these fields is preferable.
• Aware of the fresh product market functions
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office, internet, data mining, agriculture 4.0 technologies)
• Able to work under pressure
• Statistical analysis
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Fluency in English language
• Driver's licence
