Airport Representatives (on site)

for Cretan Holidays - DMC.

Job description

• Welcome the tour operator guests and distribute the welcome booklet.
• Ensure the comfortable, prompt and on-time arrival transfer of the guests.
• Provide bus speech with the necessary information for the guests.
• Secure the quality of the transfer services within the airport area.
• Assist the guests for the check-in of their departure flight.
• Ad hoc troubleshooting (lost luggage, etc.)

What we look for:

• fluency in German & English language
• customer service attitude
• communication skills
• enjoy working in uniform
• Previous experience on airport duties will be an asset.
• resident of the Heraklion area (Accommodation is not provided by our company.)
