Assistant Bartender / Barback

for season 2023.

Position requirements:

• Minimum of 1-2 years experienceinFood & Beverage Department
• Knowledge to preparing juices and garnishes
• Knowledge of types of mixed drinks, wine, beer and other beverage related items
• Ensuring bar is well-stocked with ice and spirits
• Ensure that the bar is completely maintained
• Hyper attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks
• Ability to follow directions and work in a team environment
