Assistant Front Office Manager

The Assistant Front Office Manager is to support the Front Office Manager on the daily operation of the Front Office Department. This includes supervising Front Office employees, resolving guest issues, liaising with other departments. The Assistant Front Office Manager reports directly to the Front Office Manager.

Job-related skills:

  • Tourism or corresponding school degree
  • Previous experience in a similar position
  • Excellent communication skills and complaints handling in a level-headed manner
  • Customer-oriented approach
  • Advanced organisational and time management skills
  • Team spirit
  • Flexibility and adaptability

Requirements:

  • Working experience of 3-5 years in a relevant position in 5* hotel
  • Degree in Hospitality
  • Written and verbal communication skills in English and Greek
  • Proficiency in computer skills (Windows, Hotel PMS and several industry platforms)
  • Team spirit and customer-oriented approach
