Beach Club Reservations Agent

Requirements:

• Handling of all the Beach Club and restaurant reservations
• Distributes the various administrational documents at the perspective outlets
• Participation in daily operational meetings
• Be the first point of contact for the restaurant’s and beach club’s customer inquiries and bookings
• Check upcoming reservations; communicate reservation information (cancellations and modifications) to the F&b manager and follow the company’s policy for no shows
• Deliver meticulous administrative duties ensuring that every detail of each reservation has been accurately recorded following established procedures
• Receive and record reservations via telephone, e-mail and in social media
• Assure a smooth flow of reservations, particularly during peak time and be able to identify any possible issues

What you need to have

• Previous experience in reservations/concierge/front desk or restaurant operations
• Proficient use of English language both oral and written
