​Howden Hellas Insurance & Reinsurance Brokers S.A., member of Howden Group Holdings,is seeking to hire a

CORE Assistant Technician

The successful candidate shall offer assistance in the core administration workload as part of supportive services to commercial departments (broking), including systems updating, maintenance of accurate and consistent information and development of special reports.

Key responsibilities:

• Updating the Company’s systems in a timely and accurate manner.
• Checking data entries in relation and addition to the account’s folder reception.
• Preparing formal documentation and submission to clients (Cover Notes, Addenda, Debit/Credit Notes).
• Ensuring the accurate maintenance of all files, per account.
• Developing monthly reports.
• Responding to general inquiries arising from the Accounting Department.

Key qualifications:

• University degree in Insurance Studies/ Statistics Science/ Business Administration.
• Excellent knowledge of Greek & English language (spoken & written).
• Computer literate and experienced in MS Office
• Ideally, 2 years of previous experience in similar position.

For all males: military (national service) obligations must be fulfilled.

Position: permanent contract

Location: Athens Premises-Headquarters
