ERP & Data Analyst

Palalto Limited is a retail and wholesale company group in apparel industry which operates several stores and activities with worldwide, well-known brands such as The North Face, Vans, Napapijri, Dickies, Lee, Wrangler, Eastpak and Smartwool.

Location: Athens, Greece

Responsibilities

• Interpreting data, identifying relevant trends, and recommending aligned actions
• Collection, organization, analysis, interpretation and identification of relevant trends and presentation of information in a meaningful manner using large, datasets and databases
• Formatting and complying with data required for development and production of specialized reports regarding sell in, sell out, inventory to monitor business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
• Uploading, maintaining and updating master data such as customer information, vendor information, product information, etc.
• Developing an understanding of the company's business processes and how they relate to the software being utilized
• Warehouse accounting – inventory controls and retail stock management
• Responsible for the development and maintenance of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) program
• Data input and reporting
• Participation in trade fairs and conferences

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in related field (preferably, experience in SoftOne ERP)
• Ability to understand the goals of a company and how data can help achieve those goals
• Ability to explain complex data to a non-technical audience (managers, clients or other stakeholders) by explaining how it can help the company
• Fluency both in Greek and English (oral and written)
• Proficiency in MS-Office products (Excel – PPT – Word)
• Handling complexity, problem-solving, analytical and good planning skills – ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
