Executive Secretary

Brown Hotels has arrived in the city of Athens and for the brand-new urban hotels which will open in August 2019, is currently seeking for a talented Executive Secretary, under the following requirements:

Executive Secretary (Ref: ESH)

  • Degree in Business Administration or Marketing or other related field.
  • At least 2 years secretarial experience, preferably in the hotel sector.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Familiarity with reporting techniques.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills. Proficiency level in English.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and take initiative.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS-Office.
  • Dynamic personality, creative and innovative
