Guest Relations - Concierge
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Ensuring and providing flawless, upscale, professional and high-class guest service experiences
- Assisting Front Office Reception with check ins-outs and various operational needs
- Welcoming guests in a friendly and professional way and escorting them to their rooms
- Handling and addressing guest complaints in a professional manner
- Providing concierge services for our guests, information about amenities, area and promote services
- Anticipating guest needs and build rapport with them
- Upselling, cross-selling and generally promoting the hotel
Qualifications
- 2-3 years minimum experience in a similar position in 4* or 5* hotels and familiarity with luxury hospitality standards
- Degree in Hospitality / Tourism is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek. Knowledge of French will be considered an asset
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic and passionate about the job
- Computer literacy and excellent MS Office skills
- Outgoing personality with customer-oriented and professional attitude
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent team working skills
