Hotel Operation Manager
Qualifications, Skills & Role:
- Overlooking operations & SOPs of all departments
- Professional experience in relevant position for 3-5 years. (Previous experience in an international hotel chain would be highly appreciated)
- Sound knowledge and expertise in handling all the functional areas of hotel operations.
- Strong leadership quality; Extremely good managerial and administrative capacity.
- Hotel Pre-Opening experience will be an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal & written command of Greek and English language. Additional language knowledge would be consider an extra asset.
- Strong Financial Skills (Budgeting, forecasting)
- Ensuring perfect coordination between individual departments
- Strong operational background with hands-on attitude to daily operations and exceeding guests expectations
- Excellent grooming standards
- Flexibility to respond to a variety of work situations
