Night Auditor

Job Responsibilities:

• Welcoming guests and performing check-in / check -out procedures
• Checking front office records for accuracy / preparing bills for guests upon checkout
• Completing daily tasks in coordination with the other shifts
• Ensuring customer satisfaction by scheduling wake-up-calls and other concierge activities according to guest preference
• Complying with company procedures and safety protocols.
• Performing duties on a daily checklist.

Entry Requirements:

• Experience in a 4* or 5* hotel environment
• Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written
• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
• Familiarity with phone systems
