Key Duties & Responsibilities
Analyze incoming data on quality aspects from customers
Provide analysis and comments to sales colleagues
Prepare relative information and documentation to be sent to suppliers
Maintain detailed quality records in the company's software
Follow up on compensations/outcome
Qualifications & Competencies
Experience in a similar position, ideally in the Paper industry
Degree in a Technical or Business discipline
Excellent knowledge of English
Ability to identify the information needed to clarify a situation and get that information from appropriate sources
Ability to effectively and respectfully communicate clearly to a wide range of people – including suppliers, customers, and team members
Dynamic and extroverted character
Very good negotiation & communication skills
