Receptionist

We are an International Innovation Group specialising in Research and Development projects and we are currently looking for an experienced Receptionist who will be:
- Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
- Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes, and making travel plans.
- Preparing meeting and training rooms.
- Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
- Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.
- Performing ad-hoc administrative duties.
- Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls.
- Sorting and distributing mail.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Scheduling appointments
What you need to have:
- Minimum 3 years of proven working experience as a receptionist
- University or TEI degree will be considered as an asset
- High degree of professional ethics and integrity
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Good time management skills
- Knowledge of MS Office and MS Excel
- The ability to listen to others and work well as part of a team
- Strong problem solving skills
- Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
- A high level of confidentiality
- Ability to work efficiently, meet demanding deadlines and multitask in a fast-paced environment
