Sales Account Manager

Currently we are seeking to recruit for our office in Athens a Sales Account Manager, with requirements:
Position Qualifications
- Excellent knowledge of IDS/OTA's extranet operation is a must
- Experience in hotel reservations and PMS operation
- Excellent knowledge of Greek and English (written & oral)
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and Internet
- Ability to work as a team member is essential
- Good time management and ability to work on a fast pace and time pressure
- College or University degree in tourism
- At least 3 years of proven experience in relevant field (hotel sales & reservations)
- Politeness, team spirit, communicative, Self-motivated, enthusiastic, budget and numbers oriented
Duties
- Online set up of channel manager, booking engine and OTA’s.
- Monitor and handle hotel availability
- Yield management and implementation of offers in all channels
- Prepare offers for flash sales
- Prepare pricing policy and other hotel policies
- Record and analyse hotel statistics
- Update hotel content across all online channels
- Efficient and creative communication with hotel owners
- Cooperate seamlessly with contracting and support department of our company
