Sous Chef

Responsible to provide breakfast and an all-day A la carte menu in a Luxury Boutique Hotel Restaurant

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years minimum experience as a Sous Chef in a Luxury Boutique Hotel
• Excellent command of both English and Greek language is essential.
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic and customer oriented.
• Excellent MS Office skills , cost control and menu planning
• Well groomed with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Teamwork spirit.
