Spa Manager

The ideal person will be ultimately responsible for overseeing the spa operations and the team, in order to deliver an excellent guest experience while managing annual revenue targets. Managing supplies procurement and day-to-day projects with great performance and communication skills, supervising the maintenance of the facility, creating budget reports, and developing marketing campaigns.

Spa Manager will also oversee the hiring of employees, develop staff training programs, and organize workday schedules.

The successful candidate should possess the following knowledge, skills:

• Degree in Aesthetics and Cosmetology or Physiotherapy
• Previous work experience in a similar position with at least 3-year experience in spa supervision, preferably in a luxury boutique hotel or a spa resort
• Fluency in Greek and English is mandatory.
• Solid skills in organization
• Teamwork spirit
• Strong sense of responsibility and communication skills
• Ability to learn quickly and master a demanding cosmetic brand
• Well presented in a professional manner
• Talent and motivation for sales development will be much appreciated

Key responsibilities and attributes

• Planning of the staff schedule, supervision of the team, and with a hands-on approach, ensuring efficient completion of required tasks
• Develop and form positive relationships with guests and team members, whilst remaining professional and service standard-orientated at all times
• Spa bookings, planning management
• Inventories, orders
• On-going treatments training
• Daily and monthly reporting
