Supply Chain & Customer Service Representative

Palalto Limited is a retail and wholesale company group in apparel industry which operates several stores and activities with worldwide, well-known brands such as The North Face, Vans, Napapijri, Dickies, Lee, Wrangler, Eastpak and Smartwool.

Location: Athens, Greece

Responsibilities

• Creation and implementation of purchase/sales orders and delivery schedules
• Organization of documents necessary for export/import, in close cooperation with transport companies
• Inventory controls and retail stock management
• Supervision of the entire supply chain up to the final delivery of goods to customers and receipt of all necessary documents from customers, suppliers, customs, etc.
• Control of invoices from suppliers, customers and external logistics and delivery related service providers
• Collect all shipment information and communicate the upcoming GR shipments to sales.
• Invoicing and feeding into the accounting process
• Data input and reporting
• Optimization of logistics/supply management approaches
• Participation in trade fairs and conferences

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain or Logistics
• 1-3 years of experience in customer service, supply chain, and/or in the procurement of export/import logistics services
• Fluency both in Greek and English (oral and written)
• Very good knowledge of MS-Office and experience in ERP software
• Handling complexity, problem-solving, analytical and good planning skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Team player and adaptable
• Independent, structured and self-reliant way of working with a high level of commitment
• Discretion, loyalty and reliability
