Location: Athens, Greece
Responsibilities
- Creation and implementation of purchase/sales orders and delivery schedules
- Organization of documents necessary for export/import, in close cooperation with transport companies
- Inventory controls and retail stock management
- Supervision of the entire supply chain up to the final delivery of goods to customers and receipt of all necessary documents from customers, suppliers, customs, etc.
- Control of invoices from suppliers, customers and external logistics and delivery related service providers
- Collect all shipment information and communicate the upcoming GR shipments to sales.
- Invoicing and feeding into the accounting process
- Data input and reporting
- Optimization of logistics/supply management approaches
- Participation in trade fairs and conferences
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain or Logistics
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service, supply chain, and/or in the procurement of export/import logistics services
- Fluency both in Greek and English (oral and written)
- Very good knowledge of MS-Office and experience in ERP software
- Handling complexity, problem-solving, analytical and good planning skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Team player and adaptable
- Independent, structured and self-reliant way of working with a high level of commitment
