We are currently seeking to recruit Waiters / Waitresses, with courtesy, patient personality and customer service orientation. We are looking for trained Waiters / Waitresses to take orders and deliver food and beverages to our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Primarily responsible for assisting Guests in food and beverage service
• Be knowledgeable about dishes, cooking methods, menu items, specials and prices, also try to upsell
• Ensuring a consistently caring and high-quality service
• Performs basic cleaning tasks as needed or directed by supervisor
• Co - ordinates with the kitchen staff, bar staff to ensure smooth operation and ensure guests satisfaction
• Ensuring guests needs and satisfaction with the food & beverage

Experience, Skills & Knowledge:

• A minimum of 3 year experience in food service/hospitality
• A good knowledge of food and wine
• Professional appearance and manner
• Excellent oral communication skills required
• Positive interpersonal skills required
• Positive, honest and energetic work ethic
• Must be able to stand for at least 8 hours and be able to transport trays
