eCommerce Operations Administrator - Nea Kifisia

The largest omnichannel retailer of home/consumer appliances, electronics and entertainment products in Greece and Cyprus, co-created by Public and Media Markt, is seeking a talented and dynamic professional to join and develop further the eCommerce team with an:

eCommerce Operations Administrator

The candidate will be responsible for all operational aspects of eCommerce content. He/she will be part of the team handling daily eCommerce activities, coordinating stakeholders across departments, and ensuring that the end-result our customers receive is of the highest standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage & update website content (banners, images, promotions, landing pages etc.)
  • Work on website configuration & parameters (stock management, payment options etc.)
  • Handle online day-to-day operations ensuring proper site merchandising, campaigns & promotions, and up-to-date content on the site
  • Cooperate with Merchandising team to achieve sales goals
  • Assist alignment on campaigns rollout, creative, landing page experience, and linking strategy
  • Ensure a top-quality end-result by daily / weekly iterations
  • Investigate and report any operational/technical issues arising
  • Liaise with web designers regarding the day-to-day promotional content
  • Perform Quality Control & Quality Assurance actions on new website functionalities

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, or e-Commerce
  • 1- 3 years of relevant experience in eCommerce and in related industry
  • Previous experience of website or eCommerce CMS systems
  • Expertise in following and implementing new trends in eCommerce and retail
  • Awareness of visual merchandising concepts and building/execution techniques
  • Understanding of branding and customer experience concepts
  • Self-motivated & detail-oriented
  • Team player embracing collaboration
  • Flexible and able to change priorities and direction quickly and effectively
  • Can-do attitude with determination to meet goals
  • Excellent knowledge of English (verbal & written)
  • Fulfilled military service

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in Digital Marketing or eCommerce
  • Knowledge of HTML5 / CSS3 / Photoshop / Oracle’s Commerce content management system (ATG/BCC)
  • Advanced communication skills
