Area Manager

Express Publishing, an international publishing house, is seeking an experienced Area Manager based in Athens.

Responsibilities:

• Full implementation of the company’s annual sales plan
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients in assigned countries
• Manage and negotiate major contracts and agreements
• Participate in major international events to promote the company’s products
• Monitor and evaluate terms & conditions of contracts
• Monitor customers orders and payments
• Liaise with various internal departments and provide continuous support to ensure fulfillment of customer requirements
• Deal with customer complaints and resolve any issues/problems to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• University Degree, preferably in a Business-related field or English Language Teacher.
• Fluency in English, both speaking and writing
• Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, with a focus on MS Excel
• At least 3 years working experience
• Result-oriented mentality
• Fully developed interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to travel abroad frequently
• Driving license
