Customer Care Consultant

As a Customer Care Consultant, you will be an active part of our newly developed After Sales team that provides consultancy to our existing customers. This is a full - time position, based in our Head Offices in Thessaloniki.

In this role, you are responsible for advising, instructing, supporting and training our customers in the use of Routee platform and our new products for digital marketing best practices and optimization of their campaigns. You will build expertise in marketing, eCommerce, and account relationship management. If you are a creative individual who is willing to go beyond the call of duty to provide excellent service to customers, then you are a great fit for this opportunity!

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain updated knowledge of all company products and services, in order to serve as our brand ambassador and provide adequate advisory to customers.
  • Demonstrating Routee’s platform features to existing clientele
  • Collect and record customer feedback, queries and information, and share with appropriate departments and team members.
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication with clients
  • Monitor a set of customers regarding their campaigns, eiter suggesting more marketing channels or solutions to optimize their results
  • Communication with customers who stopped using our services in order to find out the reasons why.

Required Qualifications:

  • An energetic, self-driven individual with high desire to continuously learn and improve
  • Knowledge of marketing practices
  • Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
  • Tech-savvy and well-organized
  • Good knowledge of online research techniques
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and online applications (CRM tools, Online analytics, etc.)
  • Exquisite communication and people skills
  • Fluency in verbal and written communication in the English Language
  • High School diploma; BSc in Marketing, Business or relevant field is a strong advantage

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in sales or customer support within a software or SaaS company
  • Past experience in Ecommerce and/or digital marketing field
  • MSc/MA in a relevant field
  • Good knowledge of foreign language (except English)
