We are looking for a dedicated:
F&B Manager
for season 2020
at OMMA Santorini by Epoque Collection.
Essential Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Managing the department’s day-to-day operations and supervising team members
- Controls the daily/weekly/monthly schedules for the staff of his/her department
- Ensures that all team members understand the high standard policies and procedures of the hotel and train them accordingly
- Evaluate the individual performance of team members, identifies gaps and training needs
- Keep close and clear communication with the Heads of other Departments and General Manager
- Monitors the flow of supplies and ensures that there is always sufficient stock
- Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
- Identify customer needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
- Comply with all health and safety regulations
Required Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or related
- Resume and proven working experience in a similar position in 5* hotels
- Computer literacy (MS Office, Hotel PMS software, P.O.S.)
- Excellent communication skills in Greek and English (both oral and written)
- Positive attitude and people-oriented service
- Communication and leadership skills
