EUROTraining S.A., a leading Educational Organization
based in Athens, is seeking professional to cover the following opening:

HR Manager

Ref No (HRM)

Job Description:

The appropriate candidate will operate the newly established HR department. The main responsibility will be hiring employees, trainers, European programs’ managers, ad hoc external experts for projects etc.


  • Designing hiring plans for full time employees and trainers
  • Organize employee records
  • Schedule trainings for employees
  • Interview and assess job candidates
  • Manage KPIs and benefit plans
  • Ensure staff complies with relevant health and safety regulations
Candidate profile:
Required Skills:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology or similar field
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in a corresponding role
  • PHD or MSc holder (desirable)
  • Experience within the Educational industry or European programs’ industry
  • Understanding of labor legislation with an emphasis on part-time and overtime regulations
  • Excellent command of the English language (written & verbal)
  • Excellent MS Office user (especially Excel, PowerPoint and office 365)

  • Excellent communication & organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Highly self-motivated and methodical, paying attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
