Role

We are looking for an IT Business Analyst who will be responsible for understanding and assessing the changing needs of our customers. You will be the vital link between our software development team and our business objectives by supporting and ensuring the successful completion of analytical, building, testing, and deployment tasks for software products and solutions for our customers.

You will be working on a team providing Low Code implementations and support services to our customers. Low / No Code is a revolutionary framework that empowers anyone, especially non-technical individuals to visually develop their software applications by using visual development without relying to software coding.

Responsibilities

  • Understand customer requirements and business objectives
  • Provide strategic advice on the use of technology to achieve business results to customers
  • Design Low Code applications to enable efficiencies in key areas of the business
  • Train users in new and existing application systems
  • Manage engagements with multiple stakeholders and work with associated teams to understand projects, facilitate business process analysis sessions, and develop solutions
  • Identify project issues/risks and present alternatives to alleviate or resolve them

Requirements

  • BSc/BA in computer science, IT or relevant field
  • An analytical mind with problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in process documentation and analysis, including specifications of user requirements for business processes
  • Strong presentation and communication skills

Desired skills

  • Two-year experience for implementing business applications
  • Experience with CRM platforms, like Salesforce, Siebel, or Microsoft Dynamics
