We are in the process of recruiting for the position of Pastry Chef:

Your role as Pastry Chef will be to create pastries and baked goods, and to stay up to date regarding international trends in the field, in order to create new recipes. You will collaborate directly with the Chef in the framework of shaping the menu-concept at any given time. Your role will be to oversee and guide the patisserie department.

The Pastry Chef reports directly to the Chef.

• Degree from pastry school
• At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar position
• Creativity, passion, and imagination
• An emphasis on precision and advanced organisational skills
