Qualification & skills

• Degree in Business/ Hospitality/ Hotel Management/ Tourism Studies
• 1 year minimum experience in a similar position
• Fluency in both English and Greek
• Excellent English writing skills
• Knowledge of hotel computer systems, Protel PMS
• Knowledge of OTAs extranets
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and internet browsers
• Excellent customer care skills
• Dealing with all enquires in a professional and courteous manner
