Software Support Engineer

Business Activities:

  • Cloud-based Ticketing Systems
  • Smart Cities Solutions
  • Passenger Information Systems
  • Automated Payment Systems and self-service kiosks
  • On-street and Off-street smart parking system

Responsibilities:

  • Customer support remotely and onsite
  • Understanding of customer’s business needs
  • First setup of customers environment and troubleshooting
  • Monitoring of system’s healthiness and usage statics

Required skills:

  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Understanding of web technologies such as TCP/IP, HTTPS/SSL, SMTP, DNS etc.
  • Linux, Windows Server Administration Fundamentals
  • Administration of MySQL/SQL Express
  • Written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to travel abroad
  • Fulfilled military obligations

Desired skills:

  • Apache, HTML, PHP aspx
  • Basic software programming capabilities
