Main Tasks:

• Manage the relationship with the company’s business partners to achieve common objectives
• Be responsible for the commercial policy’s implementation
• Monitor and evaluate partners and sales agents based on the company’s qualitative and quantitative goals
• Visit partners on a daily basis and oversee business activity
• Contribute in the coordination and evaluation of the sales teams in order to raise their performance
• Train partners and sales agents in business portfolio and in sales techniques
• Monitor competition in area of responsibility
• Provide on-going sales analysis and reports

• BSc degree from AEI or TEI
• 2 or more years of work experience in a similar role will be considered a strong asset
• Excellent command of the English language and excellent PC skills
• Client-oriented with ability to quickly understand "new" ways of working as well as to propose fresh ideas in order to improve the current procedures
• Adaptive, team spirit, good interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of WIND products and the competition as well as the current trends in Telecommunications
• Passion for technology and customer experience
