Our Client is the Global Leader in Contact Center Services, operating as a multinational hub that serves Global Clients. It is currently seeking to hire a B2B Marketeer.
As a B2B Marketeer, the incumbent will be responsible for the strategic plan/design/implementation and monitoring of marketing efforts to build brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
The scope of the role is to closely work with both the MARCOM and the Sales team to enforce sales and bring leads/build pipeline.
- Design B2B international & local marketing strategies and set short and long-term goals.
- Design, implement & monitor online, offline & direct marketing activities including Digital, PR, DM, etc.
- Work closely with the sales team in both Sales Enablement & Sales approaches.
- Design and update sales material.
- Run demand generation & conversion tactics.
- Create targeted marketing activities and create effective value propositions.
- Creating audience segmentation and reporting processes.
- Organize online and physical events and conferences internationally and locally.
- Collaborate with organizations and professional bodies to build potential client leads.
- Work closely with our region to finalize and monitor B2B marketing plan and next actions.
- Work closely with our operational team to develop case studies and success stories.
- Coordinate the development of all marketing material.
- Studies in Marketing or Business-related fields.
- 3-4 years of hands-on experience in B2B Marketing role (ideally in BPOs, telecommunications, or any relative industry).
- Excellent understanding of B2B marketing.
- Experience in analytics, reporting, and budgeting processes.
- Proven record in driving sales growth through B2B marketing initiatives.
- Understanding of agile marketing.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in Greek & English respectively.
- At least two years of experience in a similar position.
- Post-graduate title will be considered a plus.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office suite.
