The centrally-located Novotel Athens, located in the center of Athens with 196 guest rooms and 6 suites, restaurant, bar, meeting rooms, swimming pool, Fitness, parking and panoramic rooftop, provides everything the discerning traveler looks for in a hotel with 4-star service and first-rate amenities. For the summer season 2022, the Hotel Novotel Athens is currently seeking for Cooks A, B, C to join our team.

What you will be doing:

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

• Food preparation and cooking, presentation
• Kitchen maintenance and cleaning, following food safety requirements
• Maintaining and ordering stocks and supplies
• Proper management, use and storage of all materials and equipment of the department
• Observance of all procedures and regulations of the department and the hotel

Your experience and skills include:

• Graduate of the School of Tourism or Culinary
• Minimum 2 years of experience ideal in a 4 or 5 *Hotel, or a high end service restaurant
• Food Safety and Hygiene Knowledge
• Creative and passionate about food and customer service
• Able to work in a high-pressure environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
