Currently Santorini Secret Suites & Spa and Secret View are seeking to recruit

Guest Relations Agents

Position Requirements:

  • 2+ years’ experience in similar position in a 5* or luxury/boutique hotel
  • Degree in Hospitality / Tourism
  • Excellent command of Greek and English language, additional languages will be considered as an asset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Guest satisfaction oriented
  • Pleasant and positive personality and attitude
  • Teamwork Spirit
  • Knowledge of any PMS is considered essential,
  • Superior computer skills [Microsoft Office, social media, emails, internet]
  • Excellent planning and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours
  • Ability to solve problems
  • Ability to work under pressure both as part of a team and also working on own initiative

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a polite and warm welcome to all guests
  • Maintain at all times a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene
  • Follow operational protocols
  • Support and build credible and trustworthy relations with all visitors
  • Respond immediately to guests needs and requests
  • Establish friendly relationships with repeaters
  • Listen to, find solutions and follow up in a timely manner to resolve guests' concerns successfully
  • Act proactively to eliminate guests' complaints
  • Ensure and provide professional and high-class guest service experiences
  • Report customer feedback and provide strategic direction to continuously improve overall rating
  • Promptly address guests’ requests to all departments involved
  • Coordinate and manage communication between guests and staff and follow up to ensure we resolve customer concerns
  • Inform clients of all our services and activities and promote them
  • Abide by affiliation standards
