Rontis, a Swiss multinational company active in the fields of manufacturing and distribution of medical devices,
pharmaceuticals & infant nutrition is seeking to employ for its Greek subsidiary entity:

Sales Specialist

Sports Medicine Business Unit

Main job duties include the following:

  • Supporting sales & performing account management in the field of Sports Medicine
  • Support actively in the operating room and providing advice on the safe & effective usage of portfolio
  • Conducting regular customer visits to introduce and promote company’s products in the assigned territory according to the company’s standards and guidelines
  • Constant market intelligence: collecting information about customers and competitors and reporting the information regularly to the Sales Manager
  • Establishing strong & continuous relationships between the company and the customers
  • Maintaining at all times a profound knowledge of the market, company’s products, competitive products and activities in the assigned territory
  • Organizing and / or participating in local seminars and congresses
  • Preparing customer / area specific sales strategies and budgets in co-operation with the Sales
  • Manager and in line with the given priorities & compliant practices
  • Creating brand awareness & promotion of product portfolio to current & new customers
  • Supporting surgeons in the OR as appropriate ensuring safe usage of company’s products
  • Preparing & executing of agreed sales strategies and initiatives as per the internal plan agreed
  • Ensuring budget implementation on top and bottom line
  • Area of responsibility: Attika prefecture
  • Position based in: Athens, Greece

Candidate’s profile:

  • Studies in Life Sciences or Biomedical Engineering
  • Very good organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Achievement driven personality. Ability to work in a team. Sales oriented.
  • Adaptability, fast response, good communication skills
  • Motivated, with attention to detail, reliability
  • English language fluency – Computer literate
  • Past experience in similar position in medical device field will be considered a major plus
  • Holder of driving license. Ability to travel
  • Completed military services
